Front Furnace with Moving Grate Steam Boiler: The moving grate combustion system, utilised in solid fuel systems as well, offers the capability for proportional operation and high efficiency in response to the boiler's heat demand.

Combustion occurs entirely in the front furnace where the moving grate is located. Heat transfer is facilitated through radiation in the front furnace and by convection in the boiler.

After passing through the boiler, soot particles are separated from the flue gas in the multi-cyclone soot separator and are expelled from the chimney in compliance with the emission values permitted by air quality regulations.
